The Institute was established in the year 1989 with Trades Electrician, Wireman, Mech. Electronic & Mech. Radio T.V. having 64 seats capacity. The Institute has its own building situated at the height of approx. 2200 feet above Mean Sea Level in Betalghat Tehsil of District Nainital. . It is situated 100 km from Haldwani city, It is 93 Km away from Kathgodam railway Station & 70 Km away from Nainital.. The Institute is covered under Private Public Partnership scheme of Government of India.
